Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
- Manage a caseload at one designated location, with two openings available at two separate K-12 school sites.
- Collaborate with educational staff to integrate behavior strategies seamlessly into students learning environments.
Qualifications:
- Valid Missouri BCBA license required.
- Experience working within K-12 age ranges.
- Strong skills in behavioral assessment and intervention formulation.
- Ability to work onsite and commit to a full-time 37.540 hour workweek schedule.
