This full-time, onsite opportunity is tailored for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) licensed in Missouri, supporting K-12 students across two separate locations in the Saint Louis area. The position offers a year-round contract starting ASAP, with a 37.5 to 40-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Manage caseloads at one location, with two openings available at separate sites.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Valid Missouri BCBA license is required.
- Experience with K-12 age range preferred.
- Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention design, and RBT supervision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
