Embark on a rewarding full-time opportunity supporting the educational success of students across multiple school campuses in the Jacksonville, FL area. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal itinerant role, providing expertise to help advance ESE self-contained programs at the school level.

This contract position is available immediately and offers a structured schedule of 35 hours per week through the end of May 2027. Your work will focus on enhancing the educational environment for students by partnering with educators and staff, providing training, conducting observations, and leading important behavior assessment activities.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Active BCBA licensure (required)
• Prior experience consulting in school or educational settings
• Thorough understanding of FBAs, behavior intervention planning, and data-driven analysis
• Strong communication skills for modeling, training, and presenting at meetings
• Ability to support and, at times, supervise up to 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Flexibility to travel among multiple school campuses as required
• Successful completion of fingerprinting and credential verification (per Florida guidelines)

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting schools and ESE self-contained programs by modeling best practices and training staff
• Observing student behaviors, writing FBAs, and attending related meetings
• Collaborating with school teams to design and implement evidence-based interventions
• Possibly providing supervision to 1-2 RBTs within the district
