Minimum Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Current Illinois IDFPR credential (PEL not required)
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite BCBA services for the upcoming school year
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Support students, teachers, and staff in implementing behavior strategies
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide ongoing consultation and training to school personnel
