Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Current IDFPR certification required
- PEL not required for this position
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to work full-time or part-time onsite
Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee, and implement behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers
- Assess student needs and progress using evidence-based methods
- Support and provide guidance to paraprofessionals and educators
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to student progress meetings
