Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Eligible for or in possession of Illinois IDFPR credentials (Professional Educator License not needed)
• School-based experience preferred, though not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic caseloads and diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement and monitor interventions
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers for consistent behavioral strategies
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate progress and inform programming changes
• Offer ongoing consultation, crisis management, and support as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies and best practices
