Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) eager to make a difference in educational settings. In this contract role, youll help shape individualized plans for students, using evidence-based strategies and interventions to make lasting impacts on learning and behavior.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Eligible for or in possession of Illinois IDFPR credentials (Professional Educator License not needed)
- School-based experience preferred, though not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic caseloads and diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement and monitor interventions
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers for consistent behavioral strategies
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate progress and inform programming changes
- Offer ongoing consultation, crisis management, and support as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies and best practices
