Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral challenges preferred
• Strong understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt strategies to diverse learning needs
• Previous school-based experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective BIPs for individual students
• Train and guide school staff on ABA strategies and intervention techniques
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing adjustments
• Engage in regular communication with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
