Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven intervention strategies
- Effective communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families
- Capacity to provide training and mentorship to school personnel and paraprofessionals
- Dedication to ethical practices and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs through direct observation, data collection, and collaboration with educational teams
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Lead Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and provide comprehensive analysis
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate behavioral supports within the classroom
- Provide ongoing training and guidance for educational staff and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and ensure compliance with school and district policies
