Work closely with students, teachers, and staff to help shape positive learning environments while implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in school-based or educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral assessment tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting students growth and success
- Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff in implementing strategies
- Monitor student progress; collect and analyze data to inform planning
- Participate in IEP and multi-disciplinary meetings as needed
- Offer ongoing consultation to staff and families to ensure fidelity and effectiveness of interventions
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in applied behavior analysis
