Work closely with students, teachers, and staff to help shape positive learning environments while implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in school-based or educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral assessment tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting students growth and success
  • Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff in implementing strategies
  • Monitor student progress; collect and analyze data to inform planning
  • Participate in IEP and multi-disciplinary meetings as needed
  • Offer ongoing consultation to staff and families to ensure fidelity and effectiveness of interventions
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in applied behavior analysis
