Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Previous experience working within educational settings, especially K-12, is highly valued

- Effective communication and teamwork skills, both with staff and parents
- Ability to provide training and guidance to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Up-to-date on best practices and compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data to develop evidence-based intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with educational staff, families, and allied professionals to ensure optimal student support
- Supervise and coach school staff administering behavior plans, ensuring consistency and fidelity
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute behavioral expertise
- Provide on-site crisis intervention strategies, as necessary, to support positive student outcomes
- Monitor and document progress, adapting approaches to maximize student achievement and independence
