Key Qualifications:

- Capacity to maintain documentation and develop effective intervention plans
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans for diverse caseloads (specific details on caseload and age groups to follow)
- Partner with teachers and staff to model and coach behavioral strategies onsite, ensuring positive student outcomes
- Regularly collect data, interpret results, and modify plans as needed
- Attend IEP or team meetings virtually as required by school sites
- Uphold district policies and comply with internal onboarding and background screening requirements
