Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available in Riverside, CA, supporting multiple schools within a school setting on a contract basis. This role requires providing specialized behavioral services with a focus on enhancing student outcomes and supporting educational programs.

Location: Riverside, CA
Assignment Type: Contract, Full-Time
Hours: 8.5 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 10th
Caseload: Multiple schools (specific age group details forthcoming)
Supervision Provided: No additional supervision (e.g., Para, RBT) provided by the district
Interview Process: Virtual panel or casual interview with decision within 24 hours
Onboarding: Internal process including fingerprinting prior to start

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Valid BCBA license in California
  • Experience working in school environments preferred
  • Ability to manage caseload across multiple school sites
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to improve student outcomes
  • Collaborate with school personnel and families to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student behaviors and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Maintain compliance with district policies and ethical standards
