Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans for diverse caseloads (specific details on caseload and age groups to follow)
• Partner with teachers and staff to model and coach behavioral strategies onsite, ensuring positive student outcomes
• Regularly collect data, interpret results, and modify plans as needed
• Attend IEP or team meetings virtually as required by school sites
• Uphold district policies and comply with internal onboarding and background screening requirements
