Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Skills in developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to identify student needs and provide training or consultation
- Track progress and adjust interventions as required for optimal outcomes
- Document findings, strategies, and student progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings, Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and data review sessions
