Elevate your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with students in grades 6 through 12 during the upcoming academic year. Youll play a key role in supporting a diverse student population, collaborating with educators, and applying your expertise to foster positive behavioral outcomes in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity runs from August through June, providing stable, full-time hours near Reading, PA.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a BCBA in Pennsylvania
- Current Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances
- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families across secondary grade levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized strategies to address student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student progress
- Provide guidance and training to school staff on implementing positive behavior support plans
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress towards behavioral goals
- Engage in crisis intervention and ongoing consultation for challenging cases
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute to students educational planning
