Elevate your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with students in grades 6 through 12 during the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity runs from August through June, providing stable, full-time hours near Reading, PA.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a BCBA in Pennsylvania
• Current Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families across secondary grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized strategies to address student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student progress
• Provide guidance and training to school staff on implementing positive behavior support plans
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress towards behavioral goals
• Engage in crisis intervention and ongoing consultation for challenging cases
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute to students educational planning
