Step into a dynamic, full-time contract opportunity supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in an engaging educational environment near Quincy, MA. In this onsite position, youll play a pivotal role spanning 23 school sites, collaborating with teams and making a direct impact on student achievement and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for students across multiple schools.
• Develop, write, and adapt Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data, preparing detailed progress reports for IEP meetings.
• Lead and supervise teams by training and modeling evidence-based techniques for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom teachers.
• Foster effective communication with educational staff, administrators, and families, ensuring a cohesive approach to student success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and valid BCBA certification.
• State BCBA license required.
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Familiarity with multi-site caseload management.
• Strong skills in mentoring and training education personnel.
• Comprehensive understanding of district and state guidelines for behavior analysis and services.
