Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience providing behavioral analysis in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong background in Functional Behavioral Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and data analysis
- Ability to train, coach, and collaborate with staff and families
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify student strengths and areas for support
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs in partnership with IEP teams
- Provide direct and consultative services for students with a variety of needs
- Train teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff on best practices in behavioral intervention
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and monitor progress
- Participate in team meetings, providing expertise on behavioral goals and strategies
- Serve as a positive resource for staff and families, fostering a supportive school culture
