• Offering remote supervision to school-based teams and supporting best practices for student programming
• Dedicating approximately 2 hours per week (totaling 8 hours per month) for supervision-only duties

• Documenting and tracking progress, communicating effectively with educational personnel
• Ensuring compliance with all standards for ethical and effective behavior analysis services

Desired qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Active Rhode Island LBA license (required)
• Prior supervisory experience in educational or virtual settings is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to provide focused, high-quality feedback within time-limited virtual sessions
