In this role, youll provide BCBA supervision only, dedicating two hours per week (totaling eight hours per month) from now through August 6, 2026. This is a supervisory position, allowing you to share your knowledge and guidance with on-site team members and help ensure high-quality behavioral services for students.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license (required)
- Familiarity with virtual behavioral supervision and supporting K-12 school teams
- Commitment to best practices in ABA, with clear, effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual supervision to school-based professionals according to BACB guidelines
- Oversee and document staff performance, offer constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with ethical standards
