In this position, youll be responsible for:
- Offering remote supervision to school-based teams and supporting best practices for student programming
- Dedicating approximately 2 hours per week (totaling 8 hours per month) for supervision-only duties

- Documenting and tracking progress, communicating effectively with educational personnel
- Ensuring compliance with all standards for ethical and effective behavior analysis services
Desired qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Active Rhode Island LBA license (required)
- Prior supervisory experience in educational or virtual settings is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to provide focused, high-quality feedback within time-limited virtual sessions
