Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience creating and implementing behavior intervention plans in a school environment
- Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to best practices and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data to inform intervention strategies
- Coach and train school staff on ABA techniques and behavior management practices
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to monitor and adjust plans as needed
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
- Stay current on evidence-based practices to enhance student support
