Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience creating and implementing behavior intervention plans in a school environment
• Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to best practices and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data to inform intervention strategies
• Coach and train school staff on ABA techniques and behavior management practices
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to monitor and adjust plans as needed
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
