A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a contract position supporting K-12 students in a school setting located near Prairieville, LA. This full-time role offers a consistent 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and serves students across primary and secondary grade levels.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working with K-12 age groups preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
Location: Prairieville, Louisiana (K-12 school environment)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention strategies tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educational staff to integrate behavior plans within classroom activities
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Provide training and support to school personnel and families regarding behavior management techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
