Job Description

A highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide behavioral support and intervention services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, serving students in the Baton Rouge area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral programs for students.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress.
  • Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
