Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (PA licensure required)
- Up-to-date Act 34, 151, & 114 Clearances
- Experience working with middle and high school populations (6th12th grade)
- Ability to adapt and thrive in varied school environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Design and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Provide guidance and training for school staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
