Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic educational environment supporting students in grades 6 through 12. This full-time, contract-based position runs from August through June and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a dedicated team of educators and professionals.
Required Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Pennsylvania
- Valid Act 34, 151 & 114 clearances
- Previous experience working with students in middle or high school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to develop and implement positive behavior intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable to the ever-changing demands of a school environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Provide training, guidance, and support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
- Monitor student progress through data collection and adjust plans as needed
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and other specialists to ensure goals are met
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate findings effectively
- Participate actively in team meetings and IEP processes
