Job Description

You'll provide specialized behavioral interventions, assessments, and program development that help students overcome challenges and reach their educational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related discipline.
  • Active BCBA certification awarded by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing behavioral support plans in educational settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with teachers, families, and other professionals.
  • A commitment to fostering supportive and inclusive learning environments for diverse student populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students referred for support.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to educators, paraprofessionals, and caregivers on behavioral interventions and data collection.
  • Track student progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and document outcomes.
  • Collaborate regularly with IEP teams and attend meetings to inform and adjust student support plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance with district protocols and BACB ethical standards.
