A school-based opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support to students in Plymouth, MA. This contract position offers the chance to apply evidence-based behavior analysis principles in an educational setting, supporting student growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and parents to implement and monitor behavior plans
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on behavior management strategies and data collection
- Track and analyze student progress, making data-driven adjustments to interventions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in behavior analysis
