What Youll Bring:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in educational settings
- Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and creating individualized programs
- Ability to coach and train school staff and support families
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to ethical, respectful practice and promoting student independence
- Flexibility to adapt strategies for diverse learners
What Youll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Implement ABA strategies to support classroom management, skill development, and positive behavioral outcomes
- Train, coach, and consult with educators, paraprofessionals, and families on behavior supports
- Track progress through detailed data collection and make data-driven program adjustments
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide crisis intervention when needed and ensure compliance with state, district, and ethical guidelines
