Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in educational settings
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Flexibility to adapt strategies to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document all interventions and maintain records in accordance with district and state guidelines
