Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience working within a school or educational setting is strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of assessment tools and data collection methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies
- Create and monitor progress on Individualized Education Plan (IEP) behavior goals
- Deliver direct services and support to students with behavioral needs
- Train, mentor, and support teachers, staff, and families in implementing behavior interventions
- Analyze data and review educational outcomes to refine approaches as needed
- Document plans and progress according to school/district policies and best practices
