A travel opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing onsite support within a school setting. This role offers 37.5 hours per week working directly with students, contributing to the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans aimed at improving educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior strategies.
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to intervention plans.
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services and interventions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills adapted to an educational environment.
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred.
Location and Travel: This position involves travel to the school located in Plano, Illinois, with onsite work expectations.
