Job Description

A school in Plano, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract position. This role is onsite with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, supporting students in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure effective behavioral supports.
  • Provide training and coaching to school personnel on ABA strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Professional Educator License (PEL).
  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
