What were looking for:
- Active Illinois Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience in school settings, ideally with Early Childhood through K-8th grade students
- Knowledge of cooperative education programming is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and supervising implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Collaborating with educators, caregivers, and related service providers to ensure best outcomes
- Monitoring student progress and modifying approaches as necessary
- Providing staff training and guidance on behavior support strategies
- Maintaining meticulous documentation and complying with all regulatory requirements
