What were looking for:

  • Active Illinois Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience in school settings, ideally with Early Childhood through K-8th grade students
  • Knowledge of cooperative education programming is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and supervising implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborating with educators, caregivers, and related service providers to ensure best outcomes
  • Monitoring student progress and modifying approaches as necessary
  • Providing staff training and guidance on behavior support strategies
  • Maintaining meticulous documentation and complying with all regulatory requirements
