Step into a rewarding role working with students across elementary and secondary school levels as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This contract position is onsite for 37.5 hours per week, providing vital services to support school communities near Placitas, NM. As a valued part of a collaborative team environment, you'll play an integral role in shaping positive student outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience in school settings, serving elementary and/or secondary students
• Ability to maintain professionalism and adaptability in dynamic educational environments
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with staff, students, and families
• Willingness to obtain or possess a New Mexico RLD License prior to start date

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and ongoing data collection
• Collaborate with school psychologists, teachers, and support staff to support IEP teams
• Provide professional guidance and training for teachers and paraprofessionals
• Communicate progress and recommendations clearly with families and educational teams
• Maintain records in accordance with school and state regulatory standards
