Description:

Were actively hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K8 students in a school-based setting in the Philadelphia area. This is a full-time, onsite role where youll work closely with educators and support staff to drive meaningful behavioral outcomes for students.

Position Details:

Full-time, onsite
K8 caseload
School-based setting
Collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification (required)
Experience in a school setting preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
