As a valued BCBA on our team, youll work full-time, providing direct and indirect behavioral support across a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students. Your background in applied behavior analysis, combined with your certification as a BCBA, will be vital in developing individualized interventions and programs that foster student growth and positive outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across K-8th grade
- Strong understanding of Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior intervention planning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect relevant data
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and consultation for teachers and support staff
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and related service professionals
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans to ensure success
- Maintain current, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
