As a valued BCBA on our team, youll work full-time, providing direct and indirect behavioral support across a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students. Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across K-8th grade
  • Strong understanding of Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior intervention planning
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect relevant data
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and consultation for teachers and support staff
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and related service professionals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans to ensure success
  • Maintain current, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
