Job Description

Make a direct impact working with PreK and elementary students across two sites by providing expert behavioral consultation and coaching. This contract opportunity suits an experienced professional ready to bring positive change at a school near Peabody, MA.

You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and staff, guiding the development and implementation of effective behavioral programming. With a manageable caseload of around 65 students, you can focus on meaningful supportoffering thoughtful consultation and coaching, rather than direct service.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active MA BCBA credential required
  • Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Genuine passion for supporting children and school communities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consultative support and coaching to school staff and families
  • Observe, assess, and develop behavior plans for PreK and elementary students
  • Consult regularly at both assigned school sites, maintaining consistent presence and availability
  • Monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed to achieve student goals
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for holistic student support
