Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with remote supervision preferred

  • Ability to provide guidance on best practices in behavioral intervention

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual supervision and consultation for district staff, educators, and paraprofessionals, focusing solely on supervision hours (2 hours per week, totaling 8 hours per month)
  • Monitor implementation fidelity of behavior intervention plans and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory guidelines
  • Offer actionable feedback, mentor team members, and encourage professional growth
  • Complete and submit timely documentation of supervision activities in accordance with regulatory and district standards
  • Remain accessible for scheduled virtual meetings and responsive to the needs of the caseload
