Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license required
- Previous experience with remote supervision preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to provide guidance on best practices in behavioral intervention
Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual supervision and consultation for district staff, educators, and paraprofessionals, focusing solely on supervision hours (2 hours per week, totaling 8 hours per month)
- Monitor implementation fidelity of behavior intervention plans and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory guidelines
- Offer actionable feedback, mentor team members, and encourage professional growth
- Complete and submit timely documentation of supervision activities in accordance with regulatory and district standards
- Remain accessible for scheduled virtual meetings and responsive to the needs of the caseload
