What Youll Need:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ licensure for the role
- Experience providing behavior analytic services for children and adolescents, especially in K-12 settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor effective behavioral intervention plans
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, collect data, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and support staff
- Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies and positive behavior supports
- Ensure all services adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data
- Participate in IEP meetings and help integrate behavioral goals into academic plans
