Qualifications and Experience:
- Current New Jersey BCBA license and certification
- Masters degree in a related field
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families
- Comfortable working onsite in school settings with K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students, identifying individualized needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral programs and supports
- Provide training and consultation for teachers and staff in behavioral strategies
- Collect and analyze data to inform and adjust intervention plans
- Collaborate with education teams to support student success in academic and social environments
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
