This full-time position offers an opportunity to work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a K-12 school setting, supporting students across multiple nearby schools. The role involves conducting both testing and evaluations, specifically working with students on the autism spectrum, and managing a diverse caseload from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students with behavioral and developmental needs
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student requirements
- Collaborating closely with school staff and district support teams to ensure consistent application of behavioral strategies
- Supporting students across multiple schools within close proximity
- Maintaining detailed documentation and program progress reports
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
- BCBA certification and strong school-based experience
- Extensive experience working with autism in an educational environment
- Ability to effectively conduct both testing and evaluations
- Reliable transportation to travel between schools within the assigned area
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working alongside educators and district personnel
This contract runs from September 2, 2025, through June 26, 2026, providing a structured work schedule of 35 hours per week, typically from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM or 3:05 PM.
