Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential support within a school setting in Paterson, NJ. This contract position runs from September 2, 2025, through June 26, 2026, with a standard 35-hour workweek. The schedule is Monday through Friday from either 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM or 3:05 PM, requiring onsite presence.

Key responsibilities include conducting testing and evaluations essential for student assessment and program development. Candidates must be able to perform both testing and evaluations confidently within a K-12 caseload. Experience working with students on the autism spectrum is mandatory, along with the ability to manage caseloads across multiple nearby schools. Strong school-based BCBA experience is critical for success in this role.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Proven autism experience within school environments
  • Prior experience managing a K-12 caseload
  • Skilled in conducting both testing and evaluations
  • Ability to work across multiple schools in close proximity
  • Reliable transportation to travel between schools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with district support teams
