As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement effective intervention programs that foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Ability to train and support school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and data analysis to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
- Offer ongoing support, training, and guidance to teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all students receive holistic care and support
- Track progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide clear, thorough documentation
- Participate in meetings, including IEP and student support team sessions
- Promote positive behavior supports and contribute to a nurturing school culture
