Job Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement effective intervention programs that foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Experience working with K-12 students in educational or clinical settings
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Ability to train and support school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and data analysis to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Offer ongoing support, training, and guidance to teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all students receive holistic care and support
  • Track progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide clear, thorough documentation
  • Participate in meetings, including IEP and student support team sessions
  • Promote positive behavior supports and contribute to a nurturing school culture
