Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Experience working with K12 students, preferably in educational settings
• Comprehensive knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and behavior intervention planning
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
• Collaborative and flexible approach within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for students with behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in the consistent application of behavioral strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings regarding student progress and strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing interventions
• Advocate for students needs and contribute actively to creating positive educational environments
