Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working within school settings or with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Comfort providing training and consultations to staff and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine student needs
- Design and oversee the implementation of evidence-based intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support behavioral goals
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals and educators on behavior strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a resource for behavioral supports
