Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working within school settings or with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Comfort providing training and consultations to staff and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine student needs
• Design and oversee the implementation of evidence-based intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support behavioral goals
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals and educators on behavior strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve desired outcomes
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a resource for behavioral supports
