Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Previous experience delivering behavioral services in school settings
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and create effective behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting educators
• Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize tasks independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students behavioral needs using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing consultation and training to teachers and staff
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making
• Collaborate closely with school teams and families to promote carryover of strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education planning
• Advocate for students needs while ensuring compliance with school policies
