Job Description

Exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a fulfilling contract role! Youll make a powerful impact working one-on-one with an elementary-aged student, embedded in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment. Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting children with behavioral/mental health needs, ideally in school or pediatric settings
  • Confidence in conducting assessments, developing individualized behavioral intervention plans, and monitoring progress
  • Strong ability to collaborate with educators, mental health providers, and families as part of a holistic team
  • Excellent communication, organization, and case management skills
  • Must be available for full onsite hours; remote work is not considered for this role

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary BCBA for one student, approximately 8 or 9 years old
  • Design, implement, and adjust evidence-based behavior interventions
  • Work closely with a dedicated team, including teachers and related service providers, to provide comprehensive student support
  • Document observations, maintain data, and report on progress and treatment outcomes
  • Offer guidance, training, and support to school staff and the students support network

Enjoy regular hours (7:30 AM 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday) giving you your weekday afternoons free all while truly making a difference in a students educational experience. Youll be stationed onsite at a modern educational technology center, with ample opportunities for professional growth within a multi-year contract.
