Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Prior experience offering behavioral services in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessment and positive behavioral support strategies
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze behavioral data
  • Flexibility and commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Train and support educators and support staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies
  • Observe students and monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed
  • Work collaboratively to promote a positive and productive environment for all students
  • Lead and participate in IEP or team meetings as a behavioral expert
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards
