Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Extensive knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), data collection, and behavior intervention planning
• Prior experience providing behavioral consultation or therapy in a school or educational setting is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and support a diverse student population

Responsibilities & Key Duties:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies for students
• Train and mentor school staff, teachers, and paraprofessionals in the implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Evaluate student progress and modify plans as needed based on data analysis
• Facilitate team meetings, contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
• Provide crisis intervention support and model de-escalation techniques
• Maintain detailed records and ongoing communication with stakeholders
