Desired Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Prior experience offering behavioral services in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessment and positive behavioral support strategies
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze behavioral data
- Flexibility and commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Train and support educators and support staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies
- Observe students and monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Work collaboratively to promote a positive and productive environment for all students
- Lead and participate in IEP or team meetings as a behavioral expert
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards
