Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification required
  • Experience supporting students in school or pediatric environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and assessment tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working closely with teachers, aides, and families
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to maintain thorough documentation
  • Adaptability to work with students across a variety of ages and abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and create data-driven intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Work directly with students to support skill development and positive behaviors
  • Train and guide school staff and families to implement behavioral strategies effectively
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and provide ongoing support as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in IEP and eligibility meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed progress reports
