In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping positive behaviors, supporting teachers, and empowering students to achieve their fullest potential.
What Were Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility, compassion, and a student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to implement strategies supporting student growth
- Observe classroom environments to monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust plans as needed
- Train and coach school staff in ABA best practices
- Collect and analyze behavior data to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
