• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Flexibility, compassion, and a student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to implement strategies supporting student growth
• Observe classroom environments to monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust plans as needed
• Train and coach school staff in ABA best practices
• Collect and analyze behavior data to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
