- Experience developing and implementing behavioral plans in school or pediatric settings
- Strong assessment and data analysis skills

Your Daily Impact Includes:
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Conducting behavioral assessments using evidence-based tools and methods
- Training teachers, support staff, and families on behavior strategies and interventions
- Collecting and analyzing data to measure plan effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
- Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
- Providing crisis intervention and professional guidance as situations arise
