Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. In this contract role, youll play a crucial part in developing and implementing behavioral programs to help students reach their full potential. With a weekly schedule of 32.5 hours and an onsite presence, youll collaborate directly with schools, educators, and families to create supportive learning environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure required
- Experience within school settings preferred
- Knowledge of current behavioral intervention strategies
- Ability to adapt to various grade levels and instructional environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with school staff to assess student needs and develop individualized behavioral support plans
- Oversee implementation and fidelity of behavioral programs across assigned grade levels
- Conduct regular observations, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Serve as a resource and trainer to teachers and support staff
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
- Caseload specifics and exact school assignments will be determined ahead of placement
