Job Description

Bring your expertise and passion for behavioral health to an impactful role supporting young learners as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This is a full-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year, working with a welcoming group of K-1 students in a dynamic educational environment.

In this role, you'll collaborate with educators and support staff to create positive learning experiences through behavior intervention planning and functional behavior assessments. You'll mentor and supervise RBTs, ensuring best practices and consistent strategies are implemented for your caseload.

Your background should include:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings, particularly with K-1 or early childhood populations
  • Proven capacity to conduct Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Experience training or supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized BIPs
  • Completing FBAs for those needing targeted supports
  • Overseeing RBTs, providing training and ongoing supervision
  • Collaborating with teachers, school counselors, and families to support student success
  • Keeping thorough and timely records to track progress and compliance
