Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Solid experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, preferably in educational settings
- Proven ability to create and assess individualized behavior intervention plans

- Capacity for thorough data collection and progress monitoring
- Dedication to promoting positive behavioral outcomes for students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and collaborate with educational staff to identify individual student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
- Provide ongoing training and support to teachers and staff on ABA methodologies and intervention fidelity
- Regularly review student progress, adjusting interventions as appropriate
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment by promoting strategies for positive social and academic outcomes
- Act as a resource for families, guiding them through intervention techniques and progress updates
