Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license and certification in New Jersey.
- Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Partner with educators, families, and school staff to create and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Monitor student progress, provide regular documentation, and suggest adjustments to plans as needed.
- Train and support school staff on behavioral management techniques.
