Qualifications:
- Valid NJ BCBA license and Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Skills in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite behavioral assessment, observation, and intervention for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to design and evaluate individualized programs
- Maintain documentation and data collection in compliance with district and professional standards
- Deliver training and guidance to school personnel on behavioral best practices
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
