Job Description
A full-time BCBA position is available in Orange, NJ, providing onsite support across multiple nearby schools. This role requires a dedicated professional with strong school-based experience and expertise in autism, working with a K-12 caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing and evaluations requiring proficiency in both areas
- Deliver direct services and support within school settings
- Manage caseload across multiple schools in close proximity
- Collaborate with district personnel to ensure effective program implementation
- Maintain detailed records and data to monitor student progress
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Proven experience in school-based ABA services, particularly with autism spectrum disorders
- Ability to perform both testing and evaluations competently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to travel between schools within the district
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 35 hours weekly
- Typical hours: 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM or until 3:05 PM
- Position duration: September 2, 2025 through June 26, 2026
