Job Description

A school-based position is available for a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavioral support and intervention services in a K-12 school setting. This contract role entails working onsite in Orange, NJ, for the school year, delivering evidence-based behavioral assessments and treatment plans to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor behavior support strategies
  • Provide training and coaching to school staff on behavior management techniques
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed
  • Maintain compliance with state licensure and certification standards

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active BCBA license and certification in the state of New Jersey
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and proven ability to design and execute behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
