Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students across multiple schools as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a leading school district near Orange, NJ. This onsite contract assignment runs from September 2, 2025, through June 26, 2026, offering the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated professionals and empower K-12 students with autism and other support needs.

Key qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Demonstrated experience in school settings with K-12 populations
  • Strong background in providing behavioral interventions and conducting functional assessments
  • Proven expertise in working with students with autism
  • Ability and willingness to independently conduct both testing and evaluations
  • Experience collaborating as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple schools within the area

Primary responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and district support teams to support student progress
  • Provide training and ongoing guidance to school personnel and families on behavioral strategies and interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
  • Adapt services to best meet the diverse needs of students across different school environments

This role is full-time35 hours per weekfollowing typical school hours of 8:15AM to 3:15PM (or 3:05PM), Monday through Friday. Youll have the support of a collaborative district team and gain experience across different grade levels and sites, all while making a significant difference in students' educational journeys.
