What Youll Bring:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience working in school or educational environments is highly valued
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Comfort working both individually and with interdisciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication skills for presentations and collaborative meetings
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Willingness to complete required fingerprinting for credentialing
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering behavior analytic services district-wide by receiving and managing referrals from the 80 schools
- Operating from the district office and traveling as needed to schools with active referrals
- Participating in monthly collaborative consults with Vanderbilt Triad program, supporting the integration of feedback and best practices
- Utilizing a robust Help Desk system for managing inquiries and support needs, helping promote work-life balance and manageable caseloads
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing staff training, consultation, and ongoing support for evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Maintaining thorough documentation and progress monitoring

The full-time Monday through Friday schedule (averaging 7.5 hours per day) enables you to balance professional dedication with personal commitments.
