Job Description

Step into a meaningful role supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Ooltewah, TN. This contract position is onsite within a single school, and offers the flexibility of full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week) hours for the full 2025 school year.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA license for the state of Tennessee is required
  • Previous experience conducting assessments and evaluations for students with behavioral challenges
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate with RBTs and behavioral support teams
  • Background working alongside SPED teams to develop and implement IEP plans
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dedication to working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert BCBA support to the RBT/Behavioral team within the school
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students exhibiting behavioral concerns
  • Offer professional guidance and supervision for district staff in implementing behavior intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with special education teams to support Individualized Education Plans and facilitate effective processes
  • Work directly with students, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
